36 affordable rental apartments are currently being built on Apollovej in Vanløse, of which 30 are designated as youth residences. The apartments are expected to be completed during the summer of 2021, but you can already sign up for one of the new units. All youth residences are one-room apartments and feature a private kitchenette with hotplates, refrigerator, overhead cabinets, and a separate bathroom with a shower cubicle. As a resident, you will also have access to a shared underground parking facility, common areas, and rooftop terraces.

1-room – 38-40 square meters. 4,321 DKK per month excluding utilities (Including utilities: 4,496 DKK) (July 2024).

Deposit: The deposit amount ranges from 22,197 DKK to 23,366 DKK (July 2024).
