The rooms are 30 square meters including common areas and come with a private bathroom, a mini-kitchen, and a French balcony. The college also has two-bedroom apartments of 45 square meters.

The one-bedroom apartments have a monthly rent ranging from 6.000 DKK to 7.100 DKK depending on the size. Additionally, there is a monthly utility fee of 650 DKK for electricity, water, heating, and Wi-Fi. It is possible to apply for housing benefits as the rooms have a mini-kitchen (April 2025)
If two people wish to live in the apartments, an additional monthly fee is charged for this.
