Fogedgården is a public housing complex consisting of 188 units. They vary in type and are shared among students, seniors, and small families. 52 of the units are subject to the Copenhagen Municipality’s Social Administration allocation right, which means that some of the units are designated for disabled individuals.

Units

The units, which range from 55-70 square meters, are distributed across four blocks with a total of 17 entrances. On Vibos website, you can download floor plans for individual units if you want an overview of the room layout. Externally, the buildings feature red and yellow bricks arranged in different simple patterns, designed by architect Kay Fisker.

Rent

The monthly rent depends on the size of the unit. You will have to pay between 5,243-6,551 DKK per month (March 2023).
