The youth housing units at Siguardsgade are newly built and opened to the first residents in November 2019. The 85 modern youth apartments are spread across four floors and share a range of common facilities.
Housing
The apartments are 1-room apartments, all measuring 32 square meters, and each has its own kitchen and bathroom. Additionally, each apartment has access to a storage room in the basement.
Rent
The rent for the youth apartments at Sigurdsgade ranges from 6,150 DKK to 6,320 DKK/month, plus 350 DKK/month for water and heating (November 2019).
Deposit
Upon moving in, a deposit equivalent to three months’ rent is required, i.e., 18,450 DKK to 19,050 DKK. In addition, three months’ prepaid rent is charged.
