Gyldenløvesgade is a dormitory with 38 residents spread over five floors, each consisting of a community of 6-8 residents who share a common kitchen-living area and rooms facing the living room. The residents are close-knit, actively engage in communal activities, and live in close proximity to one another. They share the kitchen, toilets, butter, and dish towels, making the dormitory reminiscent of a collective living arrangement.

All residents actively participate in the dormitory’s life, including communal cleaning, daily communal meals, and other activities such as parties and events. It is expected that the residents wish to be part of the community and contribute to the collective’s daily life.

Rent

2,965-4,362 DKK/month (June 2025) excluding utilities, and additionally 1,000-1,300 DKK per month for the communal meal arrangement.
