RO’s kollegium offers 54 one-room apartments ranging from 29 to 38 square meters and 12 two-room apartments measuring 52 square meters. The two-room apartments are suitable for couples or friends. Regardless of the apartment type, each unit is equipped with a private bathroom and kitchen.

Rent

One-room apartments: Monthly rent ranges from 2,862 to 4,297 DKK (July 2025) depending on the apartment size. Heating, water, electricity are included in the rent.
Two-room apartments: Monthly rent ranges from 6,384 to 6,969 DKK (July 2025) depending on the apartment size. Heating, water, electricity are included in the rent.
It is possible to apply for housing benefits (boligsikring).

Deposit:
A deposit equivalent to 3 months’ net rent is required.
