Diakonisse Kollegiet is a converted old hospital. The dormitory has a total of 22 rooms spread across two floors. The rooms are approximately 10-37 square meters in size and come furnished with a table, chair, lamp, and wardrobe. Some rooms may also have a bedside table and bookshelf. There are no private bathrooms in the rooms; instead, they are located in the hallway.

The monthly rent ranges from 3,800 DKK per month (July, 2025).
