The P. O. Pedersen Kollegium was built in 1964 and consists of two blocks connected by a glass-covered main entrance. The dormitory has 278 units, including 229 single rooms and 46 loft apartments. The single rooms are approximately 12 square meters in size, and 11-12 residents share a communal kitchen. The loft apartments consist of two rooms, each measuring 11 to 13 square meters, distributed over two levels, and they also have their own pantry. It is allowed to have two people in the apartments. All units at P. O. Pedersen Kollegium have private bathrooms. The dormitory has 24 communal kitchens, which are shared among 11-12 units.
