Located in Trekroner close to Trekoner St. and Roskilde University is Solparken. In total, there are 33 apartments, all of which have their own kitchen, toilet, and bathroom. In the ground floor apartments, it is possible to enjoy the green areas, and some of the higher apartments have a view of Trekroner Lake.

2-bedroom apartments should be occupied by 2 people. Children are also welcome in the 2-bedroom apartments.

Rent

1-bedroom apartments: monthly rent is between 3,925 to 4, 859 DKK/month excluding utilities (July 2025).
2-bedroom apartments: monthly rent is between 5,533 to 6,911 DKK/month excluding utilities (July 2025).
It is possible to apply for housing support.

Deposit1-bedroom apartments: 12,200-15,700 DKK depending on the size of the apartment (May 2018).
2-bedroom apartments: 17,100 DKK (May 2018).
