Nygaarden is 160 student housing units in Lyngby, opening in April 2021. Student housing is for those who want the opportunity to be part of a collegial community, but at the same time need to be able to be alone. Nygaarden has both communal kitchens and kitchens in all apartments. This means you can choose whether you want to relax alone or join in with the other residents of the property, depending on your mood.
The homes
The development consists of 160 homes spread over five floors. The complex is based on the architectural idea that all apartments should be exposed to as much sunlight as possible, which is possible due to the staggered floors.
