Eight sustainable buildings with a total of 491 student and youth residences are located on Lundtoftevej in Kongens Lyngby. The residences vary in size and amenities, offering both studio apartments, rooms, and two-bedroom apartments that can be shared.
The youth residences are situated north of DTU (Technical University of Denmark) and are close to public transportation. The eight buildings surround a green courtyard with grass, trees, and communal terraces. Additionally, each building has a green rooftop terrace suitable for social gatherings. Regardless of the type of residence, residents will have access to an indoor communal area. Some of the buildings have shared kitchens, while others feature atriums with seating areas.
