The industrial dormitory has a total of 95 rooms of 16 square meters each. However, the dormitory also has a few slightly larger rooms for the disabled. The rooms are spacious and have a raw look with concrete floors and walls, but a bright and large bathroom with a separate shower. The rooms contain:

- Private bathroom with underfloor heating
- Internal phone system and intercom.
- Each room has an attached storage room of approximately 1.5 square meters located on the roof of the dormitory.

The rent at the industrial dormitory is DKK 3681,32 kr.per month. (April 2025).
You need to use cable for the internet, as the dormitory is built in solid concrete, making wireless internet difficult.
There are a few handicap rooms at Industrikollegiet, which are slightly larger and cost a little extra.
