P. Carl Petersen Kollegium is located in the beautiful surroundings of Charlottenlund with a view of Øresund. The dorm has 29 rooms ranging from 16 to 25 square meters, with some rooms having lofts or balconies. The rooms do not have private bathrooms, but the shared bathrooms in the dorm were renovated in 2009. In about half of the cases, two residents share a bathroom, while in other cases, multiple residents share. There are also apartments of approximately 50 square meters with a rent of around 7,000 DKK per month.

The rent varies from approximately 1,800 to 3,500 DKK per month depending on the room size (June 2023).
