Hummeltofteparken is a sustainable development in Virum, located on the site previously occupied by Lyngby police station. It consists of a total of 151 housing units, including 21 townhouses and 130 apartments, with 11 of them designated as youth residences. The youth residences are all two-room apartments with a loft and are located on the ground floor with access to their own garden. These apartments are equipped with a private bathroom with a separate shower and washing machine/dryer, as well as a kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, hob, and oven. The buildings are arranged around and in the middle, creating shared courtyard spaces on multiple levels. These areas include terraces, playgrounds, and ample green spaces.
