Sublet of 2-Room Student Apartment in Roskilde – Perfect for the Fall!

Are you a student in need of temporary housing? A fully furnished 2-room apartment (48 sqm) is available at Duebrødre Kollegiet in Roskilde from September 24 – December 30, 2025.

The apartment has everything you need: private bathroom, bed, sofa, and a kitchen with cookware. The location is excellent – just a few minutes’ walk to the station, close to RUC, and only 30 minutes by train to Copenhagen.

Rent: DKK 5,521/month incl. utilities.

Requirements for tenant: Student, non-smoker, responsible and reliable. No pets.
