At Teglholm, this building offers 222 one-room student apartments and 3 two-room apartments measuring 50 sqm. Most of the apartments feature a loft or mezzanine level, and more than half have either a balcony or a French balcony with lovely views of Copenhagen Harbour. Every apartment comes with a private bathroom with shower and its own kitchen, which means these homes may qualify for housing benefits.

The Apartments
All apartments are modern and fitted with contemporary kitchen units, light wooden floors, and a stylish bathroom. The kitchen is a compact kitchenette with a refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, sink, and oven installed in each apartment. The homes have an open-plan layout and large window sections that bring in plenty of natural light.

The property is located in Teglholm, a newer and attractive part of the city with shops and plenty of everyday amenities and activities nearby. The area is close to Copenhagen V and well connected by public transport, making it easy for students to get to the city centre.

Rent
Right now, 15 apartments are available. Monthly rent ranges from DKK 3,600 to DKK 21,100, and the homes are between 40 and 123 sqm. There are 3 one-room apartments from DKK 3,600/month, 5 two-room apartments from DKK 4,776/month, 3 three-room apartments from DKK 10,600/month, and 4 four-room apartments from DKK 13,600/month. The apartments are available for move-in on July 1, July 15, August 1, and September 1, 2026.
