About the apartments The housing options range from student homes to larger apartments. There are 403 student units in total with 1, 2, and 3 rooms – all with their own kitchen and bathroom. Six of them are designed as accessible units with extra space. In addition, there are 214 apartments with 2–5 rooms, offering more flexibility if you need extra square meters or want to share with others.

The homes are complemented by attractive shared facilities including a study lounge, common rooms and kitchens, a private café, laundry room, bicycle workshop, and rooftop terraces with grills. Outside, you’ll find green spaces, a sports field, playground, and outdoor fitness area. There are currently 6 available homes: 5 one-room apartments and 1 three-room apartment.

Rent Rent ranges from DKK 6,107 to DKK 10,845 per month depending on the apartment type. The homes currently available are 32–56 sqm and include both one-room and three-room apartments.

Location The apartments are located in the heart of Sydhavnen, with cafés, shopping, and green areas close by. The nearest supermarket is just 400 metres away, and the metro is only 350 metres from the property. From there, it takes less than 10 minutes to reach central Copenhagen.

Application Applications are submitted through the landlord’s website, where you can also book a viewing.
