About the apartments
The selection ranges from student housing to larger apartments. There are a total of 403 student units with 1, 2, and 3 rooms – all with private kitchen and bathroom. Six of these are designed to be wheelchair accessible with extra space. In addition, there are 214 apartments with 2–5 rooms, offering more flexibility if you need extra square meters or want to share with others.
The homes are complemented by attractive shared facilities: study lounge, common rooms and kitchens, private café, laundry, bicycle workshop, and rooftop terraces with grills. Outdoor areas include green courtyards, sports field, playground, and outdoor fitness.

Rent
Rent starts from DKK 5,770/month for 1-room student apartments (27 sqm), while larger 2-room apartments start from DKK 10,607/month (January 2026). The apartments are available from March onwards.
Location
The apartments are located in the heart of Sydhavnen with cafés, shops, and green spaces nearby. The nearest supermarket is only 400 meters away, and the metro station just 350 meters. By metro, it takes less than 10 minutes to reach the Inner City.

Applications are made via the landlord’s website, where you can also book a viewing.
