Available Rooms
Both 1-room and 2-room units are currently available.

There are two 1-room apartments, ranging from 14–24 square meters, with rent starting at DKK 3,795/month.

Two 2-room apartments are also available, ranging from 54–79 square meters, with rent starting at DKK 4,455/month.
In addition, there is a monthly multimedia package fee of DKK 159 and a resident contribution of DKK 50. Upon move-in, a deposit equal to three months’ rent is required, plus payment of the first month’s rent in advance.
