These modern student apartments are located in Østerbro and designed for young students, recent graduates, or so-called “Young Professionals.

About the apartments
The building contains 36 units ranging from 43 to 64 square meters, rented exclusively to young people between 18 and 35 years old.
All apartments have their own kitchen and bathroom, and residents have access to a large shared rooftop terrace with views over Østerbro.

Currently, there is 1 available studio apartment with a kitchen-living area and bathroom. The rent is 8,300 DKK/month, and housing support can be applied for.

Location
These new student apartments are ideally situated for those who want to be close to everything. The residence is near Ryparken station, offering S-train and bus connections, and within short distance to shopping, cafés, Fælledparken, and educational institutions.

 

Application
To apply for a student apartment, you must be between 18 and 35 years old.
You need to be either a student or employed, and you must not be registered in the Danish credit register (RKI).
