Available Student Housing in Frederiksberg
This hall of residence in Frederiksberg offers accommodations with private kitchens and bathrooms, as well as access to a large communal rooftop terrace.
Right now, there are several available shared-friendly apartments from 46 square meters, with rent starting from 11,500 DKK/month or 5,750 DKK/month per person.
The apartments are available from now and in July and September.
About the accommodations
There are both one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments in the college. The apartments are bright and modern and range from 35-38 or 46 square meters. The typical monthly cost for the apartments is between 6,700-9,650 DKK excluding utilities. Since there is a private kitchen, you can apply for housing support. In general, the rooms in the two-bedroom apartments are separate, which allows for two friends/couples to move in together (see floor plan).
In addition to the 92 lovely apartments, the college also has several common areas where you can relax. There is also access to a rooftop terrace, which provides a view of the city.
Application The formal application criteria you must meet are being a student enrolled in an approved education program, being between 18-30 years old, and having at least one year left of your studies.
