Flintholm II opened in December 2018 and has since then gathered young students in the building’s 92 beautiful residences. And now is your chance to become part of this community.

The dormitory is designed to create space for both community – through the good common spaces – and the opportunity to be alone – in the modern student housing with private bathrooms and kitchens.

Viewing and booking
If you want to live in one of these student residences, you must sign up for a viewing. To do this, click on the property you want to reserve on the housing department’s website. Next, fill out a form with your contact details and desired viewing times.

Later you will be contacted and offered a viewing. At the viewing, you will have the opportunity to reserve the property digitally, which requires your Nem-ID – so remember this! When you move in, you’ll need to pay a deposit of approximately DKK 30,000 and one month’s rent in advance.
