About the apartments
The residence offers both one- and two-room apartments, with the possibility to apply for housing support. Each apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom. In most of the two-room apartments, the rooms are separate, making it possible for two friends, roommates, or a couple to live together (see floor plan).
In addition to the 92 stylish apartments, the residence also features several common rooms for socializing, as well as access to a rooftop terrace.

Right now, there are 2 available one-room apartments of 35 square meters with a rent starting from DKK 8,500/month. The apartments can be moved into during November.
Location
The apartments are situated in an attractive area of Frederiksberg, only 400 meters from the nearest train and metro station.
Application
To be eligible, you must be a student enrolled in an approved program, between 18 and 30 years old, and have at least one year remaining in your studies. If two people wish to live together, at least one must be a student.
