About the apartments
The residence offers both one- and two-room apartments, with the possibility to apply for housing support. Each apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom. In most of the two-room apartments, the rooms are separate, making it possible for two friends, roommates, or a couple to live together (see floor plan). In addition to the 92 apartments, the residence also features several common rooms for socializing, as well as access to a rooftop terrace. The homes have either a balcony, French balcony, private/semi-private terrace, or a small front yard on the ground floor.
Available units
Right now, there are 15 available youth housing units: 11 one-room and 4 two-room apartments. Rent ranges from DKK 8,400-13,000/month, and the apartments are approximately 23-50 m2. One-room apartments start from DKK 8,400/month, while two-room apartments start from DKK 11,000/month. Some units are available now, and others can be moved into from 7 June 2026, with a few units first available from 15 October 2026.
Location
The apartments are situated in an attractive area of Frederiksberg, only 400 meters from the nearest train and metro station.
Application and open house
To be eligible, you must be a student enrolled in an approved programme, between 18 and 30 years old, and have at least one year remaining in your studies. If two people wish to live together, at least one must be a student. An open house event will take place on 7 June 2026 from 11:10-11:20, where you can view the apartments and submit your application. You can also apply in connection with a viewing or immediately afterwards.
