Det Nye Emdrupborg Kollegium was built in 2008 and consists of 111 dormitory apartments spread across three four-story buildings. All apartment types have their own bathroom, toilet, and kitchenette. The dormitory apartments range in size from 36 to 37 square meters (net). In addition, there is access to a communal kitchen on each floor.
Rent
The rooms range in size from 39 to 49 square meters, and therefore the rent varies between 4,625 and 5,724 DKK/month including electricity, heating, water, and internet (July 2025).
It is possible to apply for larger accommodations for all dormitory apartments.
Deposit:
The deposit ranges from DKK 11,685 to 14,472. In addition, the first month’s rent must be paid. (July 2025)
