The Øselsgården youth housing is located at Øselsgade 10 in Amager. There are a total of 110 units, including six units that are wheelchair accessible. Among these units, 107 are 1-room apartments ranging from 41-49 square meters, and three are 2-room apartments measuring 49 square meters. Although they are called youth housing, they are specifically reserved for young individuals pursuing education. Each unit at Øselsgården has its own bathroom and kitchen. However, tenants need to provide their own refrigerator as it is not included in the apartment. The building also features a common room with a shared kitchen and a communal laundry room equipped with washers and dryers. The building is wheelchair accessible and has an elevator.
