The Apartments
Choose between modern 1- and 2-room apartments ranging from 27 to 72 m² – all with their own kitchen and bathroom. Several apartments also feature a balcony, and as a resident you’ll have access to shared spaces such as lounges, a large communal kitchen, rooftop terraces, laundry facilities, and bicycle parking.

Rent
Rent starts from 7,600 DKK/month for 1-room student apartments of 27 m², while prices for larger 2-room units vary depending on size (as of August 2025).
Currently, there are 5 available 1-room student apartments.

Location
Situated in the heart of Ørestad Syd, you get both green surroundings and vibrant city life just outside your door. The metro station is only a short walk away and takes you to the city center in 10 minutes, while Amager Beach Park is just a short bike ride. Grocery stores, cafés, gyms, and recreational areas are all within easy reach.

Open house will be held on 31 August and 7 September, 12:45–13:15.
