Støberigade is located in Sydhavnen, which is an area in progress. Especially Teglholmen and Sydhavnen are often referred to as Denmark’s Venice with the many small canals and bridges connecting the smaller “islands”. The new building on Støberigade will contain a total of 7 youth apartments and 65 family apartments. Out of the 7 youth apartments, 5 of them are 25 square meters net and the other two are 24 square meters. All apartments have their own bathroom and kitchen, plus a storage room, which is located in the basement. The youth apartments also have a French balcony, and the apartments are, of course, brand new.

The rent ranges from 3,492 – 3,563 DKK/month excluding water and heating (May 2023).
