Kagsåkollegiet offers 308 dormitory rooms in a variety of different types. There are traditional dormitory rooms of 17 and 19 square meters, some with access to a shared kitchen and others with their own kitchenette. Additionally, there are two and three-room apartments, both of which have their own kitchen. The larger apartments are occupied by families with children, making up one-third of the total number of residents. Regardless of the housing type, each unit has its own bathroom and toilet.
Two-room dormitory apartments are reserved for couples or singles with one child. Three-room dormitory apartments are for couples with a child or single parents with children, but a maximum of three people are allowed to live in these apartments, and there must be children living in the unit.
Small dogs or cats are allowed as pets at Kagsåkollegiet.
