Scharlings Studiegaard is a small college with 16 rooms located in Vesterbro. The rooms are created from four original apartments in an older residential complex. Therefore, the residents live relatively close and share most facilities. The rooms range from 14 to 26 square meters.
Rent
The monthly rent ranges from 1,678 to 2,975 DKK/month, depending on the room (June 2025). Water is included in the rent, while electricity and heating are paid a conto.
Deposit:
A deposit equivalent to three months’ rent is required, amounting to 5,034 to 8,925 DKK depending on the individual room. Additionally, three months’ rent must be paid in advance.

Scharlings Studiegaard is reserved for students studying Medicine, Theology, Law, and Engineering at the University of Copenhagen and the Technical University of Denmark.
