Scandis Boligerne is a dormitory with 86 apartments, 68 of which have one room and 18 have two rooms. Apartments with two rooms also allow children to live in them. All apartments include a bathroom and a kitchenette with two hotplates, a small refrigerator, and a sink. Additionally, there is access to a common kitchen on each floor, which is also used for parties.

Rent

1-room: 4,211 DKK/month including water, antenna, internet (July 2025).
2-room: 5,588-6,384 DKK/month including water, antenna, internet (July 2025).

Housing support can be applied for all apartments.

Deposit:
1-room: 12,633 DKK – 3 months’ rent (July 2025).
2-room: 16,764 – 19,152 DKK – 3 months’ rent (July 2025).
