On Ørnegårdsvej in the Copenhagen suburb of Gentofte, there is a multi-story building from 2006. Adjacent to the building is Gentofte’s old water tower, which was converted into 86 youth residences during the construction in 2006. The youth residences feature a glass bay window that provides spaciousness, ample natural light, and magnificent views – some of the residences even have a view of the Øresund Bridge. The residences are designed with an open kitchen, wardrobe, workspace, and a loft with a sleeping area measuring 200 x 145 cm.
