Ryparkenkollegiet is a new dormitory in Østerbro, with a total of 133 student residences spread across six floors. The complex is equipped with rooftop terraces, study rooms, and communal kitchens. The student residences at Ryparkenkollegiet range from 33-52 square meters and are equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. The bright residences feature white-painted surfaces, parquet floors in lacquered oak, and large windows. Each residence has an associated storage room of 1.5 square meters. Additionally, residents have access to two furnished rooftop terraces on the third floor. There are six different types of housing, including a two-room option, three options with access to a private balcony, and one handicap-friendly option.
