Mønten Kollegium consists of 175 apartments ranging from 35 to 58 square meters (gross). The apartments are spread across five floors and are available in one or two-room configurations. All apartments have their own bathroom, an open kitchen with the living room, and a storage room. Some of the apartments are spread over two floors and feature a balcony.
A total of 250 young students can live at Mønten Kollegium. Among these 250, 150 are DIS (Danish Institute for Study Abroad) students, and the remaining 100 are Danish and international students.
Rent
4,948 – 8,425 DKK/month depending on the apartment type (June 2025). Water, electricity, and heating are not included in the rent (June 2025).
Housing subsidies can be applied for.
Deposit:
A deposit equivalent to 2 months’ rent is required, ranging from 9.996 to 16.850 DKK (June 2025).
