LUX consists of 43 brand new youth apartments, which were ready for occupancy in early 2019. All the youth apartments are 1-room apartments ranging in size from 45-50 square meters, which means that the rent also varies slightly depending on the size of the apartment. All the apartments have their own bathroom and kitchen. The kitchens are also equipped to accommodate a dishwasher, if desired. In addition, each apartment has a storage room, and there is a common laundry room with washing machines and dryers in the basement, where the storage rooms are also located.
There is the option to rent a parking space for an additional fee. However, there are a limited number of parking spaces available.

The rent ranges from 4,808 – 5,261 DKK/month plus utilities (June, 2025) for a 1-room apartment measuring between 45-50 square meters.
