The dormitory was built in 1969 and consists of 117 apartments, ranging from 33-53 square meters (gross). The apartments include:

  • Built-in closets
  • Private bathroom
  • Kitchen: equipped with a freezer, refrigerator, and hotplate
  • Entrance hall with a wardrobe
There are four different types of apartments. In apartment type 3, it is allowed for two people to live, and in apartment type 4, two people are required, potentially with a child.

Rent

The monthly costs range from 3,763 to 5,700 DKK/month (depending on the apartment type) (May 2022). Rent includes electricity, heating, antenna fees, internet, resident association membership, water, and laundry facilities.
It is possible to apply for housing subsidies for the apartments.

Deposit:
Between 8,571-13,761 DKK (depending on the apartment type) (May 2022), in addition to the first month’s rent paid in advance.
