Erhvervskollegiet consists of small row houses, housing a total of 96 dormitory units. The dormitory units are 21 square meters and include a private bathroom and a kitchenette. The dormitory is surrounded by green areas with a garden table, barbecue, and a bonfire area.
Rent
The monthly rent ranges from 3,387 to 4,784 DKK/monthly including electricity (July 2025). Heating and water are paid as an advance payment and are not included in the rent.
