These 136 modern student apartments are located in cosy Vanløse, a growing area with good shopping options and its own metro station, making it quick and easy to get to central Copenhagen.

The apartments
Each apartment has a private bathroom and kitchenette. The homes are bright and modern, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The apartments are typically 25–45 m², and the units currently available are 30–32 m² one-room apartments.

There are several apartment types in the building, including 2-room apartments, which are ideal for couples or anyone looking for a bit more space.

There are currently 4 available one-room apartments of 30–32 m², with monthly rent from DKK 8,800 to DKK 8,950. Move-in is possible from 1 August 2026. The currently available homes include, for example, a 32 m² one-room apartment for DKK 8,800 per month, a 32 m² one-room apartment for DKK 8,950, a 31 m² one-room apartment for DKK 8,850, and a 30 m² one-room apartment for DKK 8,900. Shared facilities
The property offers common rooms and shared kitchens where residents can spend time together. There is also a smart concierge system for sending and receiving mail and parcels, as well as secure access control so only authorised people can enter the building. In addition, there is a shared laundry room with dryers, a rooftop terrace, and community activities and social events for residents.

Application & Open House
You can register with the landlord, and you are also welcome to stop by the open house on 3 June 2026 from 15:30 to 16:00.
