Forælder Fonden operates the Anemone Hus parent’s residence in Valby, which is intended for single parents pursuing education. Anemone Hus was established in 2018 and is located at the former Grønttorvet in Copenhagen. It consists of a total of 14 apartments ranging from 77 to 87 square meters. All apartments have their own kitchen and bathroom, and residents have access to common areas and kitchens for socializing with other parents and children.

Community is highly valued at the residence and is considered important for both adults and children. It is also a requirement for residents to participate in cleaning and house meetings.

Rent

2-room apartments from approximately 6,255 to 6,835 DKK/month excluding utilities (July 2024).
Deposit: Approximately 18,765 to 20,505 DKK, equivalent to 3 months’ rent (July 2024).
