Rygården on Lyngbyvej 174 is a newly built property with 36 newly constructed youth apartments. These modern and bright apartments for young people are expected to be ready for occupancy in the autumn of 2023.

The apartments range in size from 43 to 64 square meters and are located in Østerbro, not far from Ryparken station, providing convenient transportation options to central Copenhagen. There are both 1-room and 2-room apartments, each with their own bathroom and kitchen.

The area surrounding the student housing in Østerbro has plenty to offer, with Svanemøllen Beach and Østerbrogade just a bike ride away.

Rent

There are 20 1-room apartments ranging from 43 to 48 square meters, with rents starting from 8,000 kr./month (May 2023).
There are 15 shared apartments ranging from 60 to 64 square meters, with rents starting from 11,400 kr./month (May 2023).
