Socialt Kollegium has a total of 114 apartments spread over seven floors. There are 112 one-room apartments measuring 14 square meters each, and two two-room apartments measuring 65 square meters each, with their own garden. The two-room apartments are intended for two occupants, while the one-room apartments are for single occupancy only. Children are allowed in the two-room apartments. All apartments have a bathroom and toilet, but only the two-room apartments have their own kitchen.

At Socialt Kollegium, the residents of the one-room apartments have access to a large communal kitchen shared among 16 one-room apartments. There is also a TV lounge next to the communal kitchen.
