The apartments are designed with a bright interior and feature a French balcony. They have their own bathroom and kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stovetop, and a combined regular and microwave oven.

If you wish to share cooking with your neighbors, you can use the communal kitchens. Additionally, you will likely meet many new friends on the large communal rooftop terrace.

There are currently several available apartments. The apartments in the building start from 5,800 DKK/month, and the available apartments start from 6,032 DKK/month and have a size of 31 square meters. It is possible to apply for housing benefits, as all apartments have their own kitchen.

Location
You will never be bored by the beach. There are opportunities to engage in activities both on land and in the water. With beach volleyball courts, soccer and mini-golf, and the possibility to rent canoes, kayaks, SUP boards, and windsurfing equipment, there is plenty to do!
