Dormitory Apartments
In outer Nørrebro, this gem of a dormitory reveals itself close to Bispebjerg Station. The building is spread across four floors and offers dormitory apartments for individuals between the ages of 18 and 30. The building houses modern and well-furnished apartments. All apartments have their own kitchen and bathroom, making it possible to apply for housing support. Additionally, there is a communal laundry room and a rooftop terrace that can be used by the residents at any time.

Facilities
All apartments have their own kitchen equipped with two hotplates, an extractor hood, and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. There is also a separate toilet and shower. The apartments have been renovated with bright and modern materials and all feature floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing ample natural light to enter.

The available apartments
Currently, there are several available apartments in this dormitory. They cost 6,200 DKK per month (excluding utilities), have one room, and are 41 square meters in size. The apartments are ready for occupancy in June and July.
Housing support can be applied for.

Application
There are different requirements for applicants.

  • You can provide documentation of a minimum of 20 hours of weekly daytime education. This also applies to other education programs that are not eligible for student grants (SU).
  • Or you are currently engaged in an internship or similar program where this is a requirement for admission to an educational program. If you are in an internship or similar program, it can be approved as documentation, but only for 1 year.
  • Or you are young and have a special need (documented by, for example, a caseworker at the municipality).
