Sadolin Kollegiet, built in 2008, consists of 57 dormitory apartments, three of which are accessible for people with disabilities. The apartments are approximately 25 square meters in size and include:

  • Private bathroom
  • Kitchenette with freezer, refrigerator, and hotplate
  • Cabinets
  • Storage room associated with each room

Two people are allowed to live in the apartments.

Rent

The rent for the apartments ranges from 46-48 square meters, with rents between 5,657-5,773 DKK per month, depending on the apartment type (rent includes water, heating, and cleaning of common areas) (July 2024).

Housing support can be applied for regardless of apartment type.

Deposit:
Upon moving in, both a deposit and a prepayment of the first month’s rent must be paid. The total amount varies from 20,843-22,103 DKK, depending on the room type (June 2022).
