Øens Kollegium was established in 2012 and consists of 24 one-room apartments ranging in size from 25.8-29.8 square meters. All rooms include a bathroom and a kitchenette with an extractor hood, freezer, stovetop, and refrigerator.

Rent

Between 6,044-6,357 DKK excluding electricity, water, antenna fee, and resident association fee (June 2025).
Housing subsidies can be applied for.

Deposit:
Total deposit including deposit, prepaid rent, and first rent starts from 26,944 DKK and varies depending on the room size (June 2025).
