Kanalgården in Ørestad

Kanalgården is located in the heart of Ørestad and offers modern youth apartments designed to make daily life more convenient and enjoyable. The newly built residence places a strong emphasis on creating a living environment that fosters well-being and a sense of community.

The complex consists of 52 student apartments within walking distance of Royal Arena, a public swimming pool, metro station, the Fields shopping center, and green recreational areas.

Each apartment is equipped with a private bathroom, toilet, a small kitchen, and a French balcony.

  • 2-room apartments: 48 m²

The rent starts from DKK 8,800/month (September 2025).
