“Fællesskabet” in Utterslevhuse is a unique housing opportunity for students who want to live socially and sustainably in green surroundings close to Copenhagen. Here, you share a 3- or 4-room apartment with two other residents, where you have shared access to the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. The apartments are situated in scenic surroundings near Utterslev Mose and Gyngemosen, with easy access to educational institutions such as DTU and the Danish School of Media and Journalism.

Renting happens through a special pilot scheme, where you first sign up for an interest list—not a specific apartment. The selection is then made through a special process managed by KAB and SAB. You must follow this unique procedure to obtain housing, and co-applicants must register individually.
