New housing is being built on Amager, close to Kløvermarken Sports Complex, Holmbladsgade, and Amager Strandpark, with expected move-in on June 1, 2026. The housing complex will consist of two floors and will include nine family apartments and one youth apartment on each floor. Additionally, there will be a communal room on each floor. Residents of the housing association will also have access to a rooftop terrace, a basement with storage rooms, bicycle parking, and a communal laundry facility.

Rent

The youth apartments, measuring 50 square meters, are expected to cost 4,605 DKK per month.
