Bomhuset is a newly built youth housing complex with a total of 93 youth apartments. Since the building offers both 1-room and 2-room apartments, the size and rent of the different apartments vary slightly. However, the apartments are generally between 42 and 68 square meters and all include their own kitchen and bathroom, with the bathroom also featuring underfloor heating. In the basement of the building, you will find a communal laundry room and bicycle parking facilities.
Although these are called youth apartments, it is important to note that they are only available to young people in education. However, there are a few exceptions for pension customers of Pensam and Velliv, as well as children of pension customers in Velliv.
