Move into a newly renovated dormitory in the heart of Amagerbro – perfect for students who want a home that offers both privacy and a strong sense of community. Here, you can live centrally while becoming part of a vibrant and engaged dormitory environment.

Location
The dormitory is centrally located on Amager, within close proximity to the city center, Amager Beach, and public transport via metro and bus. The area features a vibrant café scene, shops, and green spaces.

Rooms
The rooms range from 22-35 m² (gross) and cost between DKK 3,500-5,800 per month, including Wi-Fi, electricity, water, heating, and access to a shared kitchen as well as a furnished common area. The rooms are unfurnished, and housing benefits cannot be applied for. The rent is based on a gross square meter price per building, which includes access to shared areas such as corridors, common rooms, laundry, study/lounges and other facilities.

About the Dormitory
The dormitory is spread over two floors and consists of six large apartments accommodating a total of 80 residents—a mix of 58 international students and 22 local dorm residents. Each apartment includes a shared kitchen, a common room, and two separate entrances. On the second floor, there is a larger communal area for social events. The building is also equipped with an elevator, and residents have access to shared facilities such as laundry, study/lounges and other community spaces.

Application
At least one resident must be enrolled in a higher education program in Denmark. Become part of this unique student community.
