Location
The dormitory is centrally located on Amager, within close proximity to the city center, Amager Beach, and public transport via metro and bus. The area features a vibrant café scene, shops, and green spaces.
Rooms
The rooms range from 22-35 m² (gross) and cost between DKK 3,500-5,800 per month, including Wi-Fi, electricity, water, heating, and access to a shared kitchen as well as a furnished common area. The rooms are unfurnished, and housing benefits cannot be applied for. The rent is based on a gross square meter price per building, which includes access to shared areas such as corridors, common rooms, laundry, study/lounges and other facilities.
About the Dormitory
The dormitory is spread over two floors and consists of six large apartments accommodating a total of 80 residents—a mix of 58 international students and 22 local dorm residents. Each apartment includes a shared kitchen, a common room, and two separate entrances. On the second floor, there is a larger communal area for social events. The building is also equipped with an elevator, and residents have access to shared facilities such as laundry, study/lounges and other community spaces.
