If you want a place of your own while still living somewhere with shared facilities and city life close by, this Frederiksberg option is worth a look. The focus here is on private studios in a central area with easy access to the Metro, cafés and campus.

What you get
The homes are presented as private studios, with shared study zones and social common areas also highlighted. Gym access is included in the rent and, according to the provider, is open daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. There are shared laundry facilities on site, and several of the studios are available either unfurnished or fully furnished with their own kitchen.

Availability
There are currently 7 student studios available, with monthly rents ranging from DKK 12,100 to DKK 14,700 and sizes of around 34-43 m². According to the landlord’s website, move-in dates fall between 15 August and 1 November 2026, with specific dates listed as 15 August 2026, 1 October 2026 and 1 November 2026.

Who can apply
The housing is aimed at students aged 18 to 30 at the time of move-in who are enrolled in an SU-approved education programme. PhD students, interns and apprentices are also mentioned as part of the target group, and exchange students are welcome as well.
