Central Valby – close to everything
The apartments are located in a growing neighborhood close to educational institutions, around 15 minutes away by bike. The nearest station, about 750 m from the property, provides fast connections across Copenhagen by both S-train and metro.

Well-designed apartments and great common areas
All apartments include a private kitchenette, a spacious bathroom, and a French balcony. Sizes typically range from 31–36 m². Residents also have access to a large communal kitchen, rooftop terrace, shared lounge areas, a courtyard, bicycle parking, and the option of car parking. Internet is available in both the apartments and the common areas, and social events are arranged on a regular basis.

Rent
There are 20 available one-room apartments. Monthly rent starts at DKK 8,800 and goes up to DKK 9,300. The apartments range from 31–36 m², with move-in dates on 1 August, 1 September and 1 October 2026.

Application
You apply directly with the landlord, who contacts applicants when units are available. It is also possible to register interest in other properties. On the residence page, you can fill in a form to receive ongoing updates about vacant units. To be considered, you must be a student, recent graduate, or young professional.
