The apartments are located in a growing urban area near educational institutions, around 15 minutes away by bike. The nearest station is approximately 750 metres away, giving you quick access to the rest of Copenhagen by both S-train and metro.

All apartments include a private kitchenette, a spacious bathroom, and a French balcony. The homes typically range from 31–37 m². Residents also have access to a large shared kitchen, rooftop terraces, communal indoor areas, a courtyard, bike parking and car parking options. Internet is available in the homes and shared areas, and community events are held on an ongoing basis.

Rent
There are 24 available one-room apartments, with monthly rent starting at DKK 8,800 and going up to DKK 9,300. The apartments are between 31 and 37 m². Move-in is available from 1 July 2026, with additional move-in dates on 1 July, 15 July, 1 August, and 1 September 2026.

Application
You register directly with the landlord, who will contact you when a unit becomes available. It is also possible to sign up for other properties. To be considered for housing, you must apply under one of these categories: student, recent graduate, or young professional.
